30 days of Gratitude AFFIRMATIONS

Today is November 1st and what better way to start the month than with gratitude affirmations???

Sometimes we shy away from a whole month commitment because its SO long and another thing to add to your already over flowing pile of responsibilities. This 30 days of gratitude affirmations is easy, quick and has guaranteed positive results.

So how do you start the 30 days of gratitude affirmations?

Follow these steps-

  1. Receive your free gift (PDF of the 30 gratitude affirmations) and download it.
  2. Each day choose a time you are going to do your affirmation. Perhaps even set an alarm to remind you to do it.
  3. Set a timer for 3 minutes
  4. Say the affirmation 3 times with PURPOSE
  5. Then breathe intentionally; inhale through your nose and exhale out of your mouth while pondering on the affirmation
  6. Place your hands on your heart and wait for the alarm to go off.
