HOW TO PREPARE YOURSELF FOR MUSICAL CHOREOGRAPHY
Too often I come to teach musical student choeography for their show and they have a hard time picking it up and retaining the movement because it is so foriegn to their bodies.
I want YOU to be better prepared, want YOU to have the tools that will help your body retain and perform the choreography with confidence. I want YOU to SHINE!
Take a moment to decide how often you can commit to do these videos. Consistency is KEY to training your body how to move differently; with more power, precision and performance. I suggest at least ONCE A WEEK.
The more often you practice these videos the more time your muscles will have to create new muscular pathways that will build the strength and endurance needed for success.
