Dancing yoga is my own fusion that combines the fluidity, rhythm and connectivity of dance with the postures of yoga. It totally makes my heart and body explode with joy and giddiness.
“Ignite the Light” is an hour long class designed to awaken your energy and enthusiasm to move and live with purpose.
“Stretch and burn” is a short 30 minute flow that will provide you with motivation and rejuvenation when you are short on time.
As you approach the practices please be kind to yourself and remember how much your body has offered you and the gift it is to own and live in a body:)
